snow
I woke up today to see the snow cover everything.
Under the white cover, the world is a bit more beautiful and calm. More divine.
Looking at the snow fall makes me feel God.
Every little, perfect snowflake is a material evidence of His presence.
I wonder what it is to live in a place where it never snows. A bit sad...maybe.
Thinking that some of my friends have never seen snow and people here are complaining that "the snow is awful cause it causes traffic jams".
And I am just dreaming of making a snowman and walking with someone down a long white path...the only noise being the sound of our boots in the snow.
Snow goes well with the music of Mercan Dede, by the way

No, it's not sad to live in a place where it never snows... I come from such a place and it's sunny most of the time there, so snow is just a curiosity where I come from. Even though I've seen snow falling quite a few times and I have to agree with you in the sense that it's really cute, I beg to differ about the "sad-place-if-it-doesn't-snow" part. Nice blog, quite romantic and somewhat poetic, been following it for some time now.
I rediscovered making a snow man and sliding this winter. And I loved it! It makes the winter much more enjoyable :)

Thanks for the comment. And I am flattered u find my blog interesting. As for the "sad place where it does not snow"...I am sure that very sunny places are amazing but snow sometimes gives me the physical evidence that God is everywhere around us. I dunno maybe u guys that dont have snow normally have another piece of evidence...

Sve: indeed we do have other evidence. It's when we walk along riversides and get to the most wonderful waterfalls while it's sunny and the weather's warm... :)
